Outwell Product Recall Notice
This notice is to inform you that the Club Shop is recalling the following products on behalf of OASE Outdoors:
1980112 – Outwell Bamboo 12 Piece Dinner Set Iris Blue
1980113 – Outwell Bamboo 12 Piece Dinner Set Primrose Green
This recall has been initiated due to higher levels of melamine and formaldehyde than migration limits found as a result of a random test. This makes the product unsuitable for use when eating or drinking.
To implement this recall, immediate action is required. Please take the following actions if you have purchased any of the products listed above:
- Discontinue use of concerned products immediately
- Call us on 0344 326 4000 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3.30pm) and provide us with your order number and/or proof of purchase so that we can arrange a refund
- Destroy the products and send photographic evidence of this destruction to us at info@primaleisure.com quoting your order number.
